What is Back to Basics Play/Service Day?
Back to Basics Play Day is a day to where all ages can come and play in the courtyard. We partner with different partners around Tampa Bay. During the day, we will be serving our community by helping our community with the different needs our community needs. You can come the whole time or for a short time. Come and have fun exploring the different ways to play.
Why do we go back to the basics?
We go back to basics play because it brings out a child's self-directed play. There is no instructions that an adult or "someone that can read" to help put the item(s) together. The child can put the item(s) together all by themselves.
How can I participate?
We have our Back to Basics events on or around MLK Jr Day. Be on the look out for more information on our What's Happening page and our facebook and instagram.
